Thank you for trusting us with an urn for your precious baby.

Before you begin, I just want to share what the process will look like from here.

At the moment, there is about a 2-6 week wait before I'm able to begin your urn. I know waiting can feel hard, especially when everything already feels like a lot - thank you for your patience and for trusting me with something so important.

Once I begin your urn, the making process takes around 6 weeks, and you'll receive an email update when I start it, when it goes into the kiln and then when it has been shipped.

Please fill out the form below so I can create an urn that feels right for your baby/babies and your family. If you're ordering for more than one baby, please complete the form twice - unless you'd like them to stay together in one urn, in which case once is perfect.

Each urn is handmade, so there will be natural variations in shape, colour and texture. The finish is matte, and all urns are now made without loop handles on the sides.

Lids do not create a full seal, so ashes should be placed inside a sealed bag before being placed in the urn. When transferring ashes, I recommend keeping them in a sealed bag (like a ziplock). A handmade fabric pouch is included with every urn, so you can place the sealed bag inside if that feels right for you.

These urns are funded by community donations and local businesses and they are for families who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss - there is no cost to you. Some families choose to pay an urn forward ($250) or make a small donation, but there is absolutely no obligation. If you'd like to do that you can do so at oliveandkin.com.au/donate.

Large: 10cm tall, 10cm wide, holds ~500ml
Small: 8cm tall, 10cm wide, holds ~350ml

There are two sizes to choose from - if you're unsure which to choose, your funeral director can sometimes let you know which size urn will be suitable or you can get a general idea at home using a measuring jug if that feels okay for you. A trusted friend can help if needed and I'm always here for guidance too.
